Herbal Remedies For Gingivitis Or Gum Disease Problems

In case herbs and leaves are not in powder form, crumble them in a coffee grinder. Use this formula to produce as much powder as you require.
Place the mixture inside a small container. A tablespoon may apply as a measuring tool. For instance, 2 tablespoons of white oak, 1 tablespoon of myrrh gum, ¾ tablespoon of peppermint leaves, and so on. The estimation don’t need to be so precise.
How to use it:
To control bacteria in your mouth, use the mixture once per week. In care you get gingivitis or gum disease, you could use this thrice a day. Put some mixture on your toothbrush then brush your teeth and gums. After brushing sibilate out the excess powder several times.
